The contract’s total potential value is $913 million and includes engineering, design, material procurement, fabrication, documentation, resource forecasting, and pre-overhaul inspections. It is crucial for the success of this massive project. The USS Harry S. Truman will be the eighth Nimitz-class carrier to undergo RCOH, representing 35% of all maintenance and modernization during its 50-year service life.
