In early trading, NVIDIA leads as the best performing Dow component, up 2.0% with a year-to-date gain of 38.4%. On the flip side, Honeywell International is the worst performer, down 0.8% for the day and 3.1% year-to-date. Johnson & Johnson is down 0.5%, while IBM is up 2.0%.
