Himalaya Technologies’ Infood Technologies unit has expanded its aquaponics offerings, targeting K12 schools and other customers with new features and product lines. This includes classroom systems and microfarms, with prices ranging from $14,995 to $178,227. They’ve been named a Preferred Dealer with a major aquaponics vendor in several dozen countries. Infood has a relationship with Nelson and Pade, Inc.®, a premiere global vendor of aquaponics systems. The company’s aquaponics products are designed for education, including detailed assembly and operation manuals and tech support. CEO Vik Grover stated that the launch of Infood expands their revenue opportunity to include larger schools, colleges and universities, not-for-profit grow farms, and for-profit commercial operators. Himalaya is also preparing to launch a healthy energy beverage under the “FOMO” brand and is an affiliate of FOMO WORLDWIDE, INC.
