Strategic hires include a chief people officer, mergers and acquisitions lead, and a chief technology officer to drive AI initiatives. Stannards actively acquires smaller firms for growth.

With a current forecasted revenue of $19.8m, Stannards plans further expansion, targeting $80-100m over the next two years. The firm focuses on attracting top talent with equity opportunities and aligning with culturally similar practices in Australia for growth. Stannards now has 13 directors/partners and over 100 staff members.
