RCI Banque, operating as Mobilize Financial Services, has issued a €750 million 7-year bond with a fixed rate of 3.625% due in November 2032. The bond attracted over €2.7 billion in orders from around 142 subscribers. Mobilize Financial Services, a subsidiary of Renault Group, focuses on providing innovative financial services to promote sustainable mobility for all. With operations in 35 countries and nearly 4,000 employees, the company has financed over 633,000 new and used vehicles and sold 1.8 million services as of June 2025. Additionally, they have collected €30.5 billion in deposits, representing 49% of the company’s net assets.
