Following mixed Q2 results, the stock declined 4.5%, despite strong sales momentum. Analysts remain bullish with a consensus “Strong Buy” rating and a mean price target of $114.24.
In Q2, Walmart saw global eCommerce revenues surge, with US comparable sales up 4.6%. Net sales increased by 4.8% year-over-year to $175.8 billion, beating estimates. Adjusted EPS fell 47.3% to $0.68, missing expectations. Despite this, analysts are optimistic about the company’s long-term prospects.
