Asset manager Bitwise saw its Solana staking ETF reach $55.4 million in trading volume on the debut day, outperforming other altcoin ETF launches in 2025. The ETF attracted $223 million in assets before launch, indicating growing institutional interest in staking.

Wall Street’s crypto appetite is expanding to riskier assets like BSOL, which surpassed expectations with a $55.4 million trading volume. Canary Capital’s HBAR closed at $8 million, while the Litecoin ETF saw $1 million, all aligning with analyst predictions.

BSOL’s trading volume, while strong, falls short of the $1.08 billion seen by Ether ETFs last July. Grayscale’s Ethereum Trust accounted for $458 million of that total, showcasing the dominance of popular altcoins in the market. Bitwise’s Ether ETF also performed well, with $94.3 million in trading volume.
