Pamt Corp. posted a net loss of $5.6 million in Q3, a stark contrast to last year’s earnings. Revenue dropped 18% to $150 million, with a significant portion tied to the auto industry. TL unit saw a 10% decrease in trucks in service, leading to an eighth consecutive operating loss. Operating ratio worsened by 620 basis points year-over-year. Logistics revenue also fell 17%, with an operating ratio of 99.1%. Pamt reported an operating cash flow of $23 million in the first three quarters. The company previously violated a debt covenant, but received a waiver and is in negotiations for a revision. Shares dropped 3.2% in after-hours trading.
