Wilmar International Ltd. reported a third-quarter net loss of $357.2 million, a significant decrease from last year’s net income of $208.1 million. However, core net profit for the quarter also stood at $357.2 million, compared to $208.1 million last year. Revenues for the quarter increased by 7.4% to $19.07 billion from $17.75 billion last year. Sales volume for the Food Products segment grew by 6.5% to 9.3 million metric tons, while sales volume for the Feed and Industrial Products segment increased by 3.2% to 18.8 million metric tons compared to last year.
