Mitsubishi Electric Corp. reported higher profit and revenues in the first half, with net profit up 60% to 189.40 billion Japanese yen. Operating profit grew 27% to 224.37 billion yen, and revenue increased 3% to 2.73 trillion yen. The company raised its fiscal 2026 outlook for net profit to 370 billion yen and revenues to 5.67 trillion yen, citing sales growth in the Infrastructure segment and a weaker yen. Mitsubishi Electric’s shares in Tokyo were up 2.6% at 4,317.00 yen, and the company declared an interim dividend of 25 yen per share, 5 yen higher than last year.
