The state-of-the-art AI factory will integrate accelerated computing into advanced chip manufacturing, enabling predictive maintenance and operational efficiency in autonomous fab environments.

This collaboration marks a new era where intelligent computing and chip manufacturing converge, setting a global benchmark for AI-driven semiconductor manufacturing at scale. NVIDIA GPUs, CUDA-X libraries, and solutions from partners like Synopsys and Cadence will achieve massive speedups in simulation and verification for advanced chip manufacturing.

Samsung is leveraging NVIDIA Omniverse for digital twins in global fabs, shortening time from design to operations and enabling AI-driven predictive maintenance. NVIDIA RTX PRO Servers with NVIDIA RTX PRO 6000 GPUs will accelerate intelligent logistics, operational planning, and logistics optimization in Samsung fabs for a fully autonomous environment.

To accelerate computational lithography, Samsung is integrating the NVIDIA cuLitho library into its advanced OPC lithography platform, achieving 20x greater performance in semiconductor manufacturing. Samsung is also leveraging NVIDIA robotics technologies for intelligent robotics applications and using NVIDIA Isaac Sim reference applications for robot deployment with real-time interaction capabilities.
