In celebration of GeForce’s 25-year legacy in Korea, NVIDIA hosted a Gamer Festival in Seoul featuring the latest RTX technology, esports matches, and more. Korea is now advancing its AI industrial revolution with a sovereign AI program deploying up to 50,000 NVIDIA GPUs through cloud providers.
Major Korean companies like Samsung, SK Group, Hyundai, and NAVER are building AI factories with tens of thousands of NVIDIA GPUs each, transforming industries like manufacturing and robotics. The Korean government is also investing in AI research, including Korean language models and quantum computing collaborations.
NVIDIA is collaborating with Korean companies on AI-RAN and 6G infrastructure to drive next-gen mobile networks. To support Korea’s AI startups, NVIDIA is expanding the Inception program with a startup alliance, offering access to accelerated computing infrastructure and AI upskilling programs through the Deep Learning Institute.
Korea’s monumental AI initiative is reshaping its industrial base with sovereign clouds, quantum labs, autonomous factories, and AI agents. The country is at the forefront of building the infrastructure of the future.
