Shake Shack, a US fast-casual restaurant chain, reported a net income of $12.5m in Q3 of 2025, a significant improvement from a net loss of $10.21m in the same period last year. Total revenue for the quarter was $367.4m, up 15.9% from the previous year, with Shack sales accounting for $352.8m.
System-wide sales for Shake Shack reached $571.5m in Q3 of 2025, marking a 15.4% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Operating income was $18.5m, a positive turnaround from the $18m loss in the previous year. The company forecasts total revenue for 2025 to be $1.45bn.
Shake Shack plans to open its first Hawaii location on Oahu in 2027 in partnership with Union MAK. Additionally, in collaboration with Maxim’s Caterers, the company aims to open 15 new locations in Vietnam by 2035. CEO Rob Lynch highlighted progress in strategic priorities and initiatives for sustainable growth.
