The Hong Kong stock market continued its downward trend, dropping over 2.5 percent in two sessions. However, global markets are looking positive with increasing oil prices. The Hang Seng Index closed below 19,230 points on Friday, led by losses in financials, properties, insurance, and technology stocks. Despite this, the U.S. markets ended in the green, with the Dow setting a new record high. Consumer sentiment in the U.S. improved slightly in November, while oil prices rose due to concerns about the Russia/Ukraine conflict, closing at $71.24 a barrel.
