First Atlantic Nickel Corp. announces visual drilling results from Phase 2X holes AN-25-09 and AN-25-10 at the RPM Zone within its Pipestone XL Nickel Alloy Project in Newfoundland. Hole AN-25-10 returned 233 meters of awaruite mineralization on Section S1, while Hole AN-25-09 intersected 480 meters on Section S3, expanding the lateral width.

The Phase 2X program has significantly expanded the RPM Zone with continuous mineralization across multiple sections. Sections S1 and S2 show continuous awaruite mineralization over 750 meters, while Section S3 has been expanded to 500 meters. All sections remain open for expansion, with Hole AN-25-10 confirming an eastern extension.

Results from the drilling program show approximately 3 kilometers of drill core with positive magnetically recoverable nickel results, averaging 1.30% nickel in magnetic concentrate with a 9.12% mass pull, yielding 0.12% DTR nickel. The Phase 2X program will be expanded with additional drilling to the east and north of existing holes.

Hole AN-25-10 drilled an eastern extension of Section S1, intersecting 233 meters of awaruite mineralization. The hole was halted due to a clay-filled fault zone but encountered abundant magnetite, indicating potential for further mineralization. Hole AN-25-09 expanded mineralization westward on Section S3 with 480 meters of awaruite.

The Company’s Phase 2X drilling program continues to deliver exceptional results, with approximately 3 kilometers of positive magnetically recoverable nickel reported. The ongoing program aims to expand the RPM Zone’s mineralization and confirm the district-scale potential of the project.

First Atlantic Nickel Corp. is developing the Pipestone XL Nickel Alloy Project in Newfoundland, strategically located near existing infrastructure. The Project’s nickel occurs as awaruite, a nickel-iron-cobalt alloy that allows for smelter-free magnetic separation. The Company aims to contribute to North America’s critical minerals supply chain for stainless steel and electric vehicles.
