Somo brings over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and has held leadership roles in prominent companies. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth and has expertise in sales, marketing, and business development. The Board of Directors approved the grant of inducement awards to Somo upon his appointment. Former President and CEO Dan Brdar retired on November 2, 2025.
