Some young men believe it’s harder to be a man than a woman, and that feminism has done more harm than good. Influencers like Andrew Tate and Jordan Peterson are gaining popularity among young men, promoting anti-feminist and misogynistic views. This shift in mindset could have a significant impact on gender equality in the workplace, especially since only seven of the U.K.’s top 100 firms are led by women. The trend is not limited to Britain, as young men in America are also becoming increasingly conservative. This cultural shift could create challenges for creating more inclusive workplaces for women.
