Kim Dotcom, founder of Megaupload, claims revoking of Elon Musk’s $56 billion pay package is part of a government campaign against him. Dotcom alleges a Biden-led government corruption led to Musk’s loss. A Delaware judge, previously involved in Musk’s Twitter lawsuit, revoked the package. Musk acknowledges the tough battles ahead. Tesla shareholder Richard J. Tornetta sued Tesla, claiming the directors breached fiduciary duties. Musk had too much influence on the company’s behalf when negotiating the package. McCormick also presided over Musk’s acquisition bid for Twitter. Dotcom, facing extradition proceedings in New Zealand, claims McCormick is working against Musk in favor of Democratic interests.

Musk tweeted about the tough battles ahead after McCormick ruled in favor of Tornetta. Dotcom, facing extradition proceedings in New Zealand, claims corruption within the Biden government led to Musk losing his pay package. Musk criticized the judge, referring to her as an “activist and politician first and foremost.” Dotcom is among those who believe that Chancellor McCormick is working against Musk, appointed by Democratic party member Governor John Carney. Musk proposed to acquire Twitter and later accused Twitter of misrepresenting its user base. Dotcom is facing extradition proceedings initiated by the U.S. government in connection to his Megaupload site, which was shut down in 2012.
