The building sits on 8 acres of leased land with an option for an additional 10 acres. The transaction is subject to definitive agreements and expected to close in the coming weeks. This move aligns with DMG’s strategy to develop Canadian AI infrastructure while expanding into the US market. In October 2025, DMG mined 23 BTC with a hashrate of 1.75 EH/s, holding 359 BTC at month-end. The company aims to establish a high-performance computing data center at the new site for future growth.
