Wealth Enhancement, a US-based firm, acquires Wise Wealth, an RIA, for an undisclosed sum, marking its 100th acquisition. The deal adds Wise Wealth’s $464m in client assets, bringing Wealth Enhancement’s total to over $125bn. Wise Wealth specializes in planning and serves retirees and those near retirement, led by founder Stephen Stricklin.

Founded in 2007, Wise Wealth operates in Lee’s Summit, Rolla, and Liberty, with six advisers and six support staff. The firm offers tax, financial, legacy planning, and retirement services, focusing on retirees. Stricklin continues to lead the team post-acquisition, expressing excitement for the partnership with Wealth Enhancement.

Wealth Enhancement, with $124.5bn in client assets as of September 2025, includes $4.1bn in brokerage assets through Wealth Enhancement Brokerage Services. The firm operates 158 offices across the US through Wealth Enhancement Advisory Services. Hue Partners advised Wise Wealth on the acquisition, aiming to provide additional resources for clients’ financial goals.
