The stock market saw a slight rebound that quickly vanished, with major indexes dropping near session lows on Tuesday. The Nasdaq Composite fell 1.8%, the S&P 500 dropped 1.2%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 302 points, or 0.7%.

If the declines persist, the Nasdaq could experience its sixth 1% drop since August and its biggest daily decline since October 10, according to Dow Jones Market Data.
