The stock market saw its biggest decline in nearly a month as Wall Street shed highflying technology stocks. The S&P 500 dropped 1.2%, the Nasdaq Composite slid 2%, and the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell about 252 points. This marked their biggest daily declines since Oct. 10.
