Indian shares fell on Friday due to concerns about a possible AI bubble and a near-term correction, as well as uncertainty about the Federal Reserve’s December rate decision. The BSE Sensex dropped 419 points, while the NSE Nifty fell 133 points. Bharti Airtel, Tech Mahindra, NTPC, TCS, SBI, and HCL Technologies all saw declines, while Infosys announced a share buyback. GSK Pharma reported flat earnings, Hindustan Construction Company and Crompton Greaves saw profit declines, and LIC reported a 32% increase in net profit. Lupin, however, reported a 73% jump in quarterly net profit.
