Nvidia (NVDA) has seen year-to-date gains of around 40%, ranking it among the top 50 gainers of the S&P 500 Index. Recently, Nvidia’s market cap reached $5 trillion, making it the first company to hit that milestone. Loop Capital analyst Ananda Baruah predicts Nvidia could become an $8.5 trillion company over the next year, with a target price of $350. Nvidia continues to lead in AI chips, signing key deals and investments in AI companies. The stock trades at a forward P/E of nearly 50x, but its growth potential remains strong, making it reasonably valued. China remains a wildcard for Nvidia’s future growth potential.
