Array Digital Infrastructure, Inc. and Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. have announced that Anthony Carlson will be the new President and CEO of Array starting November 16. Carlson will oversee operations and strategic initiatives for the company’s 4,400 owned towers, noncontrolling investments in wireless partnerships, and retained wireless spectrum. Carlson previously worked at McKinsey & Company and Samsung Electronics. Interim President and CEO Doug Chambers will step down on November 16 but remain as a Senior Advisor until December 9. Array Digital Infrastructure’s stock is 2.75% higher in pre-market trading at $49 on the NYSE.
