Disney’s ESPN has ended its partnership with Penn Entertainment early and signed an exclusive agreement with DraftKings to be the official sportsbook and odds provider starting in December. ESPN will integrate DraftKings into its products and mobile betting tab, aiming to grow its direct-to-consumer business. The original partnership with Penn was cut short after two years, rebranding the sportsbook as theScore Bet. Penn’s cash payments to ESPN will cease in the fourth quarter.
