Household budgets remain tight, favoring home dining. Sainsbury’s expects over GBP 400 million from bank disposals, improving profitability. Shares are fairly valued at GBX 341. Sainsbury’s aims for GBP 1 billion in cost savings and GBP 1.6 billion in cash flow by fiscal 2027. The UK grocery market is competitive, but Sainsbury’s is well-positioned.
