Datadog Inc. (NASDAQ:DDOG) saw its share prices soar by 17.46 percent last week with higher revenue growth expectations for full-year 2025. The company raised its revenue guidance to $3.386 billion to $3.39 billion and EPS to $2 to $2.02. In Q4, revenues are projected between $912 million and $916 million.
The upbeat outlook follows a strong revenue performance in Q3, with a 28 percent increase to $885.6 million year-on-year. Net income, however, decreased by 34 percent to $33.88 million. While Datadog shows investment potential, other AI stocks may offer higher returns with limited downside risk.
