Trading card manufacturer Cardsmiths released Currency Series 5 with five cards redeemable for 1 Bitcoin each, valued at over $100,000. The set includes cards for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, and Dogecoin.
Demand for Currency Series 5 has surpassed previous releases, with interest from a wider audience. Packs containing 5 cards, including those redeemable for crypto, can be purchased for as little as $37.
Cardsmiths added a non-redeemable 1/1 Bitcoin trading card to Currency Series 5, collaborated with artists, and aimed to create unique collectibles for each release.
Collectors have been profiting from redeemable cards, turning $30 packs into over $100,000 thanks to Bitcoin’s rise. Users have found valuable Bitcoin redemption cards in packs costing as little as $13.
Supplies of Currency Series 5 are still available for purchase on Cardsmiths’ website. The firm accepts payment in coins like Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, and USDC, with plans for future Currency sets in the works.
