Wealthspire Advisors has acquired RoundAngle Advisors, a New Jersey-based investment advisory firm. The financial details of the deal have not been disclosed. RoundAngle Advisors, founded by Jonathan Bernstein, has been providing financial planning services for over a decade. Following the acquisition, Bernstein, Nela Diaz, and Deirdre DeRosa will continue to manage the practice. Clients will now have access to additional support in areas such as estate planning and tax matters. Wealthspire Advisors serves clients across the US, Canada, and the UK, managing assets exceeding $580bn. The acquisition aligns with Wealthspire’s focus on long-term client relationships and customised financial planning.
