Danish jewellery brand Pandora has opened a regional headquarters in Singapore to drive growth across Asia. The new base will oversee Pandora’s Asia cluster, managing company-run stores and distributor-led markets in the region. The move underscores Pandora’s long-term focus on Asia, with plans for expansion in dynamic markets like India and Japan.
Pandora’s chief commercial officer stated that Asia presents a significant opportunity for the brand, with plans for expansion in countries like Indonesia and South Korea. The office is located in Marina Bay, Singapore’s central financial area. Pandora aims to hire 50 employees for branding, marketing, and operations, supported by the Singapore Economic Development Board.
The establishment of Pandora’s Asia headquarters in Singapore was welcomed by the Singapore Economic Development Board. The move is seen as a boost to the city-state’s position as a hub for consumer companies expanding in the region. The expansion is expected to create job opportunities for Singaporeans in the global lifestyle and consumer brands sector.
In October 2025, Pandora announced that its president and CEO Alexander Lacik will retire in March 2026 after nearly seven years in the role. Berta de Pablos-Barbier, the group’s chief marketing officer, will succeed Lacik. Pandora’s jewellery is currently available in over 100 countries through 6,800 points of sale, including more than 2,700 concept stores.
