Feragaia has sold a majority stake in its non-alcoholic spirits business to Chanrossa, owner of Isle of Raasay whisky. The financial details were not disclosed. This move will help Feragaia scale production globally. Founded in 2019, Feragaia’s main product is its namesake bottled 0.0% spirit. The two companies aim to offer a progressive drinking experience to consumers.
R&B Distillers, Chanrossa’s spirits business, will now include Feragaia. The goal is to create Scotland’s leading new wave spirits and drinks business. The brands focus on a modern, inclusive drinking experience with high quality. This partnership will enhance their portfolio and accelerate global growth plans. Feragaia’s co-founders will remain involved shareholders.
Feragaia’s 0.0% spirit brand will still be distributed by Cask Liquid Marketing in the UK. Chanrossa’s spirits division also includes Caskshare and MasterDistiller. The group is building a new single malt Scotch distillery in western Scotland. Chanrossa is also involved in beauty and wellness sectors. The joint statement did not disclose the financial details of the transaction.
