Apple is set to pay about $1 billion per year to use Google’s AI model Gemini to upgrade Siri. Despite the AI CapEx boom, Apple’s comparatively low investments have shielded it from industry turbulence, with shares falling less than 1% compared to Nvidia and Meta’s plummeting shares.
