The Gabelli Healthcare & WellnessRx Trust (NYSE:GRX) has declared a $0.17 per share cash distribution payable on December 19, 2025, to common shareholders of record on December 12, 2025. The Fund may pay an adjusting distribution in December based on additional income and capital gains for the year. Shareholders may receive long-term capital gains or qualified dividend income, subject to federal tax rates. If the Fund’s earnings do not cover distributions, the excess may be a return of capital.
