StepStone Group successfully launched the StepStone Private Equity Strategies Fund (STPEX), an evergreen interval fund investing in private equity assets managed by top-tier sponsors, raising over $750 million. The fund offers exposure to a diversified portfolio of private market investments across buyout and growth equity through secondary purchases and co-investments. STPEX is available to individual investors, financial advisors, and institutions with a minimum investment of $5,000, providing access to StepStone’s global private equity team and sophisticated deal sourcing engine. The fund offers daily liquidity and no ongoing capital calls, with semi-annual redemptions expected up to 5% of the Fund’s net asset value. STPEX is part of StepStone’s suite of private wealth solutions, alongside other private markets funds like SPRIM, SPRING, STRUCTURE, and CRDEX.
