BlueGrace Logistics has acquired 3PL STB Freight Group, expanding their managed logistics platform. STB focuses on freight transportation in retail, food, automotive, aerospace, and manufacturing sectors across North America. BlueGrace offers LTL, truckload, reefer, and multimodal services with over 250,000 carriers on its BlueShip platform. BlueGrace is backed by private equity firm Warburg Pincus. BlueGrace also acquired 3PL FreightCenter in January.
