Ondas Holdings (ONDS) stock soared 9.45% on Friday, closing at $7.18 after Oppenheimer upgraded it to “outperform” from “perform” with a price target of $12, citing a 67% upside potential. The company reported a 17.7% decrease in net loss and a 582% increase in revenue in the third quarter of 2025.

The revenue increase was driven by strong delivery volumes from Iron Drone and Optimus systems, as well as revenue from the Apeiro Motion acquisition. Adjusted EBITDA loss grew by 23% to $8.76 million. Ondas Holdings expects revenues of $36 million for full-year 2025, up from the previously targeted $25 million.
