TradeStation Crypto has agreed to pay $3 million to settle charges from the SEC and multiple states for offering and selling unregistered securities. The crypto lending product allowed U.S. investors to deposit or purchase assets in exchange for yield and was offered starting in 2020. The product was shut down in 2022.
