Zynex (ZYXI) is implementing strategic initiatives for long-term success. Province, LLC will assist in evaluating strategic alternatives, including capital raising and restructuring. Paul Aronzon joins the Board of Directors and will chair the Special Committee overseeing strategic decisions. Bret Wise will also serve on the committee to assess and implement options.
