Rubis has been fined a total of 187,490,000 euros by the French competition authority for participating in an anti-competitive agreement in the fuel sector in Corsica from 2016 to 2022. Rubis SCA was fined 64,240,000 euros, along with its subsidiary Rubis Énergie. Rubis also received a separate fine of 430,000 euros with its former subsidiary Rubis Terminal.
