The VanEck Rare Earth/Strategic Metals ETF is up 5% on Monday, outperforming other ETFs. Sigma Lithium shares are up 31.9%, and Sociedad Quimica Y Minera shares are up 11.7%.

The State Street SPDR S&P Capital Markets ETF is down 1.5% on Monday, underperforming. Blue Owl Capital shares are down 5.6%, and Coinbase Global shares are down 5.3%.
