Undeterred, Sweeney continued posting flight information on other platforms. Taylor Swift also sent Sweeney a letter threatening legal action for sharing her flight data.

Swift’s legal team contacted Meta Platforms to suspend Sweeney’s accounts tracking her flights. Sweeney believes Swift’s team influenced Meta to remove his accounts. Accounts tracking Musk, Trump, and other celebrities’ flights are still active. Meta Platforms and Swift’s representatives did not respond to comments on the situation.

Sweeney now posts Musk’s and Swift’s flight information on a 24-hour delay to comply with X.com’s policy against real-time location doxxing. Swift’s flight-tracking account is still active on X.com.
