Verve Group SE reported a decline in earnings for the third quarter, despite a revenue increase compared to last year. Adjusted net income dropped to 1.1 million euros from 10.9 million euros, with adjusted earnings per share at 0.01 euros versus 0.05 euros. Adjusted EBIT decreased by 39% to 15.4 million euros, and adjusted EBITDA fell by 22% to 26.1 million euros. Revenue for the period rose by 25% to 141.9 million euros. The company raised its net revenue forecast to 560-580 million euros and maintained an adjusted EBITDA forecast of 125-140 million euros. Verve Group’s stock closed 1.63% lower at SEK 21.70 on the Stockholm Stock Exchange.
