W.P. Carey Inc. reported a rise in net income, with an increase in net income attributable to the company for the fourth quarter to $144.29 or $0.66 per share. However, funds from operations (FFO) and total revenues declined. The company’s adjusted FFO for the quarter was $261.35 or $1.19 per share. Looking ahead to fiscal 2024, the company projects adjusted FFO in a range of $4.65 to $4.75 per share.
