Theon Sensors SA, a subsidiary of Theon International Plc, has been invited by OCCAR, along with Hensoldt AG, to sign a Contract Revision for advanced man-portable equipment. The signing is set for December 10, 2025, following formal approval by Germany and Belgium. This contract is expected to significantly increase Theon’s backlog with the purchase of several thousand systems. The details of the Contract Revision will be announced at the market closing on the same date. Theon Group develops night vision and thermal imaging systems for Defense and Security applications globally, with a presence in 71 countries and listed on Euronext Amsterdam since February 2024.
