Tata Consultancy Services and TPG are joining forces to create HyperVault AI Data Centre, investing $2.03 billion. They plan to raise $4.5-$5 billion through debt, anticipating the surge in AI technology. India’s data center capacity is expected to triple by 2030, with TCS as the majority partner. TPG will invest up to 88.20 billion rupees.
