Page Trucking has announced the acquisition of Goulet Trucking, forming a 500-truck fleet with 1,500 trailers. The companies will operate under a new entity, Page GTC, Inc. Financial terms were not disclosed, and the deal is set to close in the first quarter.
Page Trucking offers transportation, warehousing, and material management services, including hazardous material transportation. Goulet Trucking, based in South Deerfield, MA, serves the Northeast and parts of Canada with dump and roll-off trailers. The two companies will merge leadership teams but maintain current personnel structures.
Page Trucking President Dan Titus stated that the partnership with Goulet Trucking will strengthen their specialized bulk transportation capacity. Paul Jordan, co-owner of Goulet Trucking, highlighted the access to additional equipment, driver capacity, and expertise in bulk transportation equipment design. The deal aims to benefit customers across the bulk transportation industry.
