Brixmor Property Group CEO James Taylor Jr. will retire on January 1, 2026. Brian Finnegan, the current President and COO, will succeed Taylor as CEO on that date. Finnegan will also join the Board of Directors and maintain his role as President. Finnegan has held various key positions at Brixmor over the past two decades, including President and COO since July 2024. The transition is part of the company’s long-term succession planning strategy.
