In early trading, Keysight Technologies leads S&P 500 with 9.5% gain, up 21.1% year-to-date. Advanced Micro Devices is the worst performer, down 8.2% today but still up 63.4% YTD. Oracle drops 6.3%, while Albemarle rises 3.8% on the day.
