Aramis Group reported revenue of €2,380 million for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2025, with a +6% organic growth compared to 2024. They achieved high customer satisfaction, a 73 NPS, and sold 119,109 B2C vehicles. Adjusted EBITDA was €67.8 million, up +34% from 2024, and net income quadrupled to €19.9 million. In 2025, Aramis Group focused on operational convergence, leading to increased gross profit per unit sold (GPU) of €2,359. They saw growth in France, maintained profitability in Italy, and managed transitions in the UK and Austria. The breakdown of revenues per segment showed growth in sales to private customers (B2C) by +7.1%, with refurbished cars reaching €1,556.8 million and pre-registered cars at €554.0 million. In terms of financial performance, Aramis Group’s gross margin increased by +9.6% to €281.0 million, and gross profit per B2C vehicle sold (GPU) rose to €2,359. Adjusted EBITDA was €67.8 million, up +34.3%, and operating income more than doubled to €28.9 million. Net income quadrupled to €19.9 million. Operating working capital requirements improved to 21 days of revenue.
Aramis Group significantly reduced net debt to €6.1 million by the end of September 2025, compared to €61.0 million in 2024. They generated €65.6 million in cash, paid €7.0 million for an earn-out, and reduced share buybacks by €3.7 million. Their balance sheet remains healthy with €230 million in undrawn credit lines. The outlook for 2026 includes targets of 115,000 B2C vehicles sold and €55 million in adjusted EBITDA. They aim for high single-digit growth in B2C volumes and an EBITDA margin of approximately 5% beyond 2027.
